ONLINE PAYMENT

- For security reasons, we are currently unable to process online payments.

- The pre-order process with our shop: After you submit the online request, we will reach out to you within 2-4 hours.

   Should you not receive confirmation by email or phone, we kindly ask that you contact our store to verify your order.

DELIVERY SERVICE

- A minimum purchase order of $40 before tax is required for door-to-door delivery service, with an additional delivery fee.

   For further details, please do not hesitate to contact us.

- Same-day delivery service is exclusively available in close proximity to the shop, and orders must be placed before 11:00 am.

- As a safety measure stipulated by the city, all residents, including those in condominiums and apartments, will receive deliveries at the designated area or the concierge following a confirmation call.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Our Canadian climate can challenge delivering flowers, and freezing may be a genuine concern. For this reason, please select a delivery address where the flowers can be taken care of immediately upon arrival (e.g. workplace/office, house with the occupant(s) at home during daytime hours). Flowers are a perishable item and must be cared for properly.
